I'm Your Lake Texoma Real Estate Expert!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet two new clients!  We looked at everything under the sun - well actually it was everything under "the cloudy day" - no sun out.

We had talked earlier in the week about what they were looking for - but until we actually got out and looked and I had the chance to hear their comments, likes and dislikes - it's rough to know just what someone's looking for.

After many hours of looking they told me that they really enjoyed working with me but now they needed me to find "THE" house.  Always up for a challenge I started racking my brain for other listings that might work for them.  I talked to a few of my associates, got suggestions, called around and ended up coming up with three additional properties for us to consider.  While calling another office in our area to see if one of their previous clients might want to sell a particular house - I was told about a listing that would soon be coming on the market.  Long story short - we scheduled the appt, looked at the house - it was SO what they were looking for and now we are doing our due diligence to try to make this deal work.
