Texas Lakes - Lake Texoma is considered to be the 10th largest lake in the United States. Offers 89,000 acres of water, over 500 miles of shoreline, sandy beaches, islands and is deep enough to accomodate large yachts.
Lake Texoma is located approximately 1 hour north of Dallas (only 45 minutes from cities such as McKinney or Frisco).
Lake Texoma is the top fishing lake, and is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the Southwestern United States. The Dallas Morning News has reported that Lake Texoma is the Number 1 lake in all of Texas.
