Glen Eden is located at the end of the peninsula looking towards Grand Pappy Marina. Currently there are two homes in this subdivision that offer great access to the water. Another property that offers a gentle slope to the water would be the home at 322 Glomin - this gorgeous home has access to a sandy beach, walking distance to the boat ramp and has a boatslip.

An area with a boatslip? In years past the corp has not allowed additiional boat slip permits, but more recently they have handed out a few provided the area was right for a boatslip. For instance if you were hoping to put a slip on part of the lake that is open water - they will not allow that, but if there is a cove that sits back away from the open water - that will sometimes be allowed. Currently subdivisions that offer boatslips are: Texoma Estates, Cambridge Shores, Mill Creek area, Hiland Acres, Preston Shores, Glen Ellen & Diamond Point.
