The Day In The Life Of A Realtor: Today I'm excited! Now I know this is just my opinion, but I really think we are fortunate to live in this great state as far as the real estate market goes... While other states throughout our country are suffering histroric losses, we are, for the most part, hanging in there. The past few days I have been in contact with local inspectors trying to schedule a quick inspection for the first part of this week -- and most all of them were completely booked up days in advance! To me, this is such a good sign! I mean, if homes are being inspected, that means homes are selling right?
Also, I just put the largest home in my real estate career under contract yesterday -- and in this "horrible market"! So believe the media all you want - but as for me, I'm going to count my blessings!

Very good, and very positive maybe you should write the news--you might change history.
Thanks Monika! You know, I would probably say yes to writing the news, but I'm afraid that when it all came down to it I would be scared to death!! I have a post on here from about a month ago when I was interviewed oon the news! Thought I was going to be sick from anticipation that it would turn out bad... Turned out ok, but I think I better stick to real estate instead of news! Thanks for your comment!! - Lainie
As they say, bad news sells quicker than good news! They want to sell newspapers so that's why they always write the worst things over the best things. Good things, while nice, are boring.....right!?

You're probably right Patricia! But I for one am so sick of bad news...makes me sad and makes me feel bad! So for as long as I can - I'm going to hope and believe in the best! :-)
Hi Lainie. I like your attitude. ~ Lana
