I have always found this nifty little tool to be very helpful! You have the ability to save listings you like, make notes about the homes or discard if you're not interested. This is great for the out of area buyer who wants to become more familiar with a particular area or areas. Wonderful for the savvy buyer who wants to know of great deals!
