I just received notification today that in the early summer (2010) there will be a change in seller concessions to the buyer.  This means that the seller will only be able to contribute 3% of the sales price rather than 6%.  With the first time buyer credit currently in place giving buyers an $8,000 credit and now this -- first time buyer's should get off the fence and find that dream home - and right away!

Tammie, it's definitely the time! Most of the time first time buyers don't have alot of money to put down so this is just another hurdle.
